Hey CGG family,
I wanted to personally give you an update on the USPS situation affecting some of our orders that were dropped off on June 3rd and June 6th. After over a week of searching, calling, emailing, and praying, we have finally seen movement on about 80% of the missing packages.

Praise God. Truly.

As a small family business, the thought of losing that many orders was devastating, not just financially, but because it meant so many of our amazing customers were left waiting and wondering where their packages were. First and foremost, I want to apologize.

This has not been the experience we ever want you to have with Carry Girl Gear. You trusted us with your order, and while this situation was completely outside of our control, we have felt every bit of the frustration right alongside you. The good news is that USPS has finally allowed us to submit official Missing Mail Requests, which will trigger local post offices and distribution centers to begin searching for the remaining packages.

We are not giving up. We are still actively working on the final 20%, and we are asking for your prayers that these packages are found and start moving soon. I also want to be completely transparent with you. If all of these packages were truly lost, it would be a very significant financial hardship for our small family business. We will absolutely do whatever it takes to make it right, but we are prayerfully hoping that these last few packages are found and begin moving.

So if you can show us just a few more days of grace while USPS completes their search, we would be incredibly grateful. Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and the grace so many of you have shown us. Those messages of support have meant more than you know.

If we do not see any movement on your package within the next 72 hours, we will begin getting replacement orders printed and shipped to make this right. That is our promise to you.

We appreciate you standing by our little business during a situation that has tested us in every way.

We truly believe God is working in this, and we are trusting Him with the outcome.

Hey CGG family, I wanted to personally reach out because many of you have trusted us with your orders, and you deserve an honest update. If your tracking is showing "Accepted by USPS" but hasn't moved beyond that status, please know that your package is in the possession of the Post Office and is in transit.

Over the past few weeks, USPS has implemented changes within parts of its sorting and distribution network, and unfortunately some distribution centers across the country have experienced significant slowdowns as a result.

That doesn't make the delay any less frustrating. Trust me, I know.

Many of you are waiting on orders for vacations, Father's Day, gifts, and special occasions, and I hate that your packages aren't moving as quickly as they should. Please know that we are actively working with USPS directly to get answers and push these packages through the system. We are monitoring tracking daily, opening inquiries where needed, and staying on top of the situation.

Most importantly, we're not just waiting around hoping things improve. Going forward, we are transitioning our shipments to UPS until USPS gets these issues sorted out.

Our goal is simple: get your orders into your hands as quickly and reliably as possible. I know apologies don't make packages move faster, but I am truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. As a small family business, we take every order personally, and when something affects your experience, we feel it too.

Thank you for your patience, your grace, and your continued support of Carry Girl Gear. We'll continue to keep you updated and will not stop working on this until every package is moving and delivered.
