Today was vitrigraph glass class. Lots of fun was had by all.

These are the last of the brand new fish pool tiles. There were two that didn't have a space on the wall, one had broken and needed repair, so I needed to make three more for a total of six, that will swim on two of the pool benches.
These are so much fun to make. On average each takes an hour to design and they take 24 hours to cook.

I was able to remove 16 pool tile successfully and one broke, but I repaired it. The pool plaster guy just needed to remove two. He had a 50% success rate. His failure was spectacular. But, with a little know-how, it is in one piece again. It is not perfect, but nobody will really know. This one, and 5 others will be installed in the plaster on the seats.

I have always said no fusing in August! It is 96° out there right now. But, the pool refurbishment cannot wait for cooler weather. This is the last of the fix & creation of pool tiles. The three at the top are in for touch up and the 4 on the bottom are new. I couldn't run a nearly empty kiln for just 3, so, I made a few more. That makes 30, plus possibly one more if the pool guys can safely remove it tomorrow.
