We ended Saturday night at Sago —
Madonna on the dance floor in 2025?? I swear I own a Time Machine.

Sago is this enchanted, jungle-inspired supper club tucked into Encinitas.
It used to be my secret spot… but honestly, I’d rather have you join me.

Last night I got a few compliments on my Brady Bunch “Flower Om” tee from Third Eye Threads — the fit is unreal. Vanessa even hyped up my arms and shoulders (which… yes… are intentionally accentuated in our men’s cuts 😄).

Third Eye Threads is made in the coastal mountains of San Diego, in the heart of the magical Elfin Forest.

This land is sacred to the Kumeyaay, who lived here for thousands of years — a connection still felt today in the ancient petroglyphs found throughout the area.

We print our crystal-vibration–infused clothing using solar power, surrounded daily by hawks, coyotes, owls 🦉 , horses 🐴, and hummingbirds.

Sixteen years ago, this piece of art found me—
a silent whisper, a doorway into motion.

I didn’t know then that I would fall in love
with contact improv, with ecstatic dance—
with the sacred language of bodies in communion.

When I saw it, I thought of Siva,
spinning the cosmos into being—
a dance beyond time,
fully embodied.

Now, I live in a place where this magic lives nightly.
Where movement is meditation,
and dance is the way we pray.
