I've decided to step away from social media and my YouTube channel until I return for Vlogmas in December. I will not be participating in the Dodgy Bag MAL this year and will not be posting new content on YouTube.
I am still crafting but at a much slower pace. Still loving yarn...I will be attending my first ever Flock Festival in July. I will still watch my favorites on YouTube (thank you for your videos).
I am low-key, exhausted, stressed, and anxious. I have a son who will turn 18 under this administration, students at my school losing family members to deportations, and daily news cycles that are had to stomach.
I am choosing to focus on family, take care of my dogs, play a little tennis, work on my fitness, declutter my house, save a little money, read a few more books, get more sleep all while I navigate menopause, a chronic autoimmune illness, teenagers, aging parents, and the horrific outcomes of a world intent on destruction.
Take care of yourselves using whatever means you can access. I will not be telling anyone to stay strong...we are all strong AF.
