Celebrate Krewe du Kork Barkanalia to benefit the Good Shepherd Humane Society on Saturday, January 16, 2021. Dinner and Wines prepared by the Basin Park Hotel to enjoy in the comfort of your home.

Wine Tasting & Dinner starts at 6pm via Zoom and Facebook Live!

January 16, 2021, 6:00pm Tasting notes and Korker Award to be presented via Zoom and Facebook Live.

Tickets - $150/couple – includes a meal for each person and 2 bottles of wine. A portion of the dinner proceeds go to Good Shepherd Humane Society.

Please choose your meal choices when selecting a ticket type:

Main Feature:
Polenta Cakes-- pan fried discs of golden Italian polenta infused with spinach, oven-dried tomatoes and fontina cheese
Olive Skewers--stuffed varietal olives, layered with salami and dressed with olive oil, garlic, thyme, lemon zest and red pepper flakes
Salad--field greens tossed with walnut pieces, feta cheese in a fresh made Dijon vinaigrette
Lamb Osso Bucco--red wine braised lamb shanks with rosemary, potatoes, celery, onions, carrots, mushrooms and tomatoes in a rich pan jus
Fresh Berry Trifle--layers of pound cake, macerated berries and fresh vanilla cream

Vegetarian Feature:
