Anyone else believe we need to implement one year paid maternity leave in the US? I’m looking for like minded people because I honestly find everyone I say this to agrees but then I’m confused on why we haven’t made it a reality in the US? If you agree, tell me why and if you don’t agree, tell me why too.

And I say this knowing I may never need this in the future, but as someone who experienced this in this US, I want better for all moms in the future.

It’s possible to breastfeed twins, it’s possible to increase your milk supply. No, you don’t need expensive supplements. Yes, you need to eat protein and nutrient dense food, yes, you need to hydrate more than you think possible, yes, you need to manage your cortisol / stress levels. Yes, you need the correct fl**ge size and pump settings (most women are not taught this), and a good demand and supply (Middle of the Night Pump). It takes support.

I had tremendous support and I learned so much from Instagram IBCLC’s. If you have a goal of breastfeeding - nursing or pumping - you can do it.

Take your guess! Love to see when we have similarities in our A and B twins!

If one wants to walk and one wants to stroll (it’s the same twin who wants to walk and stroll every time) - we still bring the double stroller because you never know when the toddler walking may want a ride.

Also I just love when my babies want to walk next to me 🥰 just need to make a little more room because our pup also likes to walk next to me too! Always the protector.
