A very good day over here at Salt + Shore 📦🤍

The two shipment boxes that were lost in transit finally arrived today!

If you’ve been waiting on an order, thank you for your patience. We’ve been working nonstop behind the scenes to get everything out as quickly as possible, and we’re excited to finally have these missing items in hand.

We’re a small family-run business, and while shipping delays and lost packages are completely out of our control, we’ve been doing everything we can to make it right and get orders moving again.

Today means a LOT of packages are heading out the door. Thank you to everyone who has been patient, supportive, and understanding. We appreciate you more than you know.

A little honesty from a small business owner…

The level of obnoxious messages lately has been insane.

Please understand that we are not Amazon. We are a small family-run business. Every order is made to order, packed by us, and shipped by us.

As clearly stated on our website, orders normally take 7–10 business days to process. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Recently, one of our supplier shipments was lost, which created massive delays that we have been working around nonstop. While most customers have been incredibly understanding, the constant flood of messages demanding updates, accusing us of being a scam, or expecting Amazon-level turnaround times has become overwhelming.

No one is being ignored. However, we will not be responding to every message asking for an update on orders that are still within the stated processing timeframe. Every minute spent answering the same questions is time taken away from actually making and shipping orders.

We are not a scam. We are not ignoring customers. We are simply trying to work through an unexpected situation while fulfilling a very high volume of orders.

Everyone will receive their order. We are doing everything possible to get caught up and get orders out the door as quickly as we can.

We appreciate the customers who have shown patience, understanding, and kindness. Small businesses are run by real people, and a little grace goes a long way🫶🏻
