Now that the Christmas rush is over, I can finally tally up the Santa and elf hats I have made in the last 3 months:
Santa hats- 13 horse, 1 pony, and 2 mini
Elf hats- 3 horse, 1 pony, and 4 mini
So, 24 Christmas hats in total, not counting any other holidays. If your order was shipped later than you or I would have liked, that was why.

I thought it was about time I wrote up my elf hat pattern!
This pattern has evolved over the last couple of years, and this is the easiest, least emotionally draining way to make these!

Requires a 5 mm crochet hook, worsted weight cotton yarn, and a bell.

So I have been venturing into handmade paper to make my own seed paper. For what, you may ask? Business cards!

The business cards are made of scrap paper and cotton yarn scraps, possibly wool yarn scraps if I am working with wool before I make it.
I just had this custom stamp made by and I love it!

I will be sticking a business card in any and all orders that I ship from now on! I only have carrot and zinnia seed cards made right now, but I have an herb (basil, thyme, and oregano) paper and a flower (marigold, bee balm, and echinacea) blend paper planned, and I hope to have those ready next week or the week after.

Long(er) time, no order post. These are (most of) the orders that have shipped since April. I might have forgotten to take pictures of one or two, but they were exactly like orders I have posted before.
Highlights:
Reins, available by special request, they weren’t popular so I removed them from my shop, but I can still make them.
Stirrup covers, I don’t get a lot of orders for those.
Harness pads are getting more popular! They are available in the color and pattern of your choice, but the wool felt below is only available in white!

Also, the top right photo in the second collage is what I sent to , it is a horse size Indian bosal hackamore in black and turquoise with a mini Santa hat! I have to admit, it baffled me when she thought that the hackamore wouldn’t fit Ethyl, who, from what I can tell, wouldn’t take advantage of the extra freedom, unlike- I think- Bo would.
A cute combination I have had ordered before (several times) was a horse Santa hat and a couple mini elf hats! So adorable! The elf hats are a pain in the butt to make, but they turn out absolutely adorable.

A photo of the horse to be replicated is required, finding one on your phone should not be a problem if you’re anything like me. This is to help replicate your horse as closely as possible.
A halter is optional and costs extra.
All horse colors available, I just have only made chestnuts so far for some reason, and I am working on more examples that I will update the Etsy listing with.
