We know we’ve been a little MIA latelyβ€”and we’re so sorry! 🩷 Behind the scenes, we’ve been working hard to keep up with orders and make sure everything is completed as quickly (and beautifully) as possible.

Hi everyone! I wanted to share a quick update with you all. As I’ve recently returned to working a full-time job, our business hours will be changing.

πŸ•’ New Hours:
Monday–Friday: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

If you reach out outside of these hours, I will do my best to respond as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!

πŸ“¦ Turnaround Time (TAT):
Our current turnaround time will be 3–4 weeks. This will help ensure I can continue providing quality work while also preparing for an exciting new chapterβ€”our baby girl arriving in July πŸ’•.

We will continue to have inventory available at Evers & Ollie and Honey B’s. I’m also working hard to build up stock ahead of baby’s arrival so we can stay as consistent as possible!

We often get asked why our custom designs cost what they do.

The truth is, you’re paying for the time, skill, and care that goes into creating each piece. Every design is made individually, and the process includes not only the apparel itself, but also the materials and production behind it.

Many of the designs we receive take hours to create and refine. We build them using a digitizing program and run multiple stitch tests to ensure the final result meets our quality standards. In some cases, achieving that level of precision requires working with an additional professional digitizer, which adds to the overall cost.

Our goal is always to deliver a finished product that looks clean, lasts, and truly reflects your visionβ€”and that level of detail and customization is what our pricing represents.
