It started with a tent, a grill, and honestly — a pretty crazy idea.
We pulled into Citrus County slinging grilled pretzels nobody had ever seen before. Sweet ones, savory ones, platters piled high. People didn't know what to think at first... and then they kept coming back.
From there we brought grilled pretzel breakfasts and lunches to the county. Then we rescued Wednesdays with meal deals so families could stop staring at each other asking "so what ARE we doing for dinner tonight?"
Then Bell2Bites hit — because those kids flying out of school every afternoon needed somewhere to land.
Every season we've shown up with something new. Something real.

This summer's no different.
Florida is cooked. Literally. And we're not just gonna stand here and let it happen.

Apparently y'all took "fresh baked pie" as a challenge this past weekend… because we were wiped clean. SOLD OUT.
Good news: fresh pies are baking again TODAY.
Our classic breakfast sandwich just got a serious upgrade.
Originally built with bacon or sausage — now you can build it YOUR way:
🥩 Chopped Steak
🍖 Grilled Ham
🦃 Grilled Turkey
🥓 Bacon
🌭 Sausage
Mix it. Match it. Double up. Go full breakfast maniac if your heart tells you to.
Built hot. Built messy. Built for real hunger.
We also added a new grilled chicken wrap to the lunch lineup.
Chopped grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, red onion, shredded cheese — comes with ranch, but you're gonna want to ask about the upgrades.
We're talking Comeback Sauce (house-made garlic aioli) or our new secret weapon — Honey Spur. Fermented garlic, honey, red pepper flakes. Heat and sweet in one hit. Small batch only, so it won't last forever.
The wrap is solid. The sauce makes it a conversation.

Alright flock… we need your help settling an important summer debate.

When the Florida heat starts throwing punches, what’s your go-to drink? Sweet tea? Lemonade? Frozen coffee? Fruit smoothies? Ice cold soda? Something totally wild?

We’ve been spending a lot of time in the kitchen lately experimenting, testing ideas, and trying some new things behind the scenes for the hotter months ahead. Figured instead of guessing what everybody wants, we’d just ask the people who actually keep this little place going.
