I fell pretty hard out on the trails today. You can’t really see it because of the tattoo but I’ve got some road rash lol Falling just reminds me I am still learning. Sometime I’ll come out and do multiple laps and not fall once and other times come out and really do some reconnecting to Mother Earth 😂💀🌎

What I’ve been doing lately is trying to close the gap between the time I fall and the time I get back on the bike.
Same thing goes in life.
Some people fall and sit there thinking about why they fell and the sit for too long and then doubt of ever getting back up set in their mind and they trick themselves into never trying again. Instead get back up and think about the things you did correctly and how to apply that to the rest of your life! 2nd photo you can see where my head was skidding across the ground 😂 and that is why I bought a full face helmet. Can’t be destroying this good looking face of mine 😜

Had a blast riding the trails today!
I rode the same trail 4x. The 1st run I made it the whole way through. This was the first time I completed the trail without falling or having to stop due to being out of breath and I felt awesome. Funny thing is I had no idea my front wheel was loose on the 1st 2 runs and the fact I made it all the way through like that was wild. Luckily I didn’t break anything. Even with a handicap I completed my goal. Time to set times for myself and keep learning this hobby 😎🤙🏽🚲
