Customer service means showing up—even when that means a 4-hour drive. 🚗💨

When a FedEx delay meant a customer’s order wouldn’t arrive in time, we loaded up and delivered it by hand. Then it was an early start the next morning to get back for my kid’s baseball game. ⚾

That’s life as a small business owner and a dad, and I wouldn’t trade either one.
