1. We are NOT responsible for factory flaws. This happens very often, and it’s out of our control. These flaws can consist of small glue stains or tiny scuff marks. Please understand we get our shoes straight from source. We go out of our way to make sure each and every pair of shoes are squeaky clean before we ship them out, but please understand factory flaws are out of our control!

2. ALL ITEMS ON OUR WEBSITE INCLUDE THE SHIPPING FEE IN THE PRICE.

SHIPPING POLICY

All items ship within 1-3 business days. We ship our orders through our local post office, which is closed on Sundays. Once the shipping carrier receives the package it is out of our control. With that being said, Kashmir Kicks will NOT be held accountable if the item is damaged or lost/stolen. Those things need to be addressed with the shipping company.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! This means no returns or refunds whatsoever. The ONLY time we will issue a return/refund is if we mess up on our end. It is 100% YOUR responsibility to make sure you are selecting the correct size. It is also your responsibility to read EACH item description. If the shoes you order do not fit as expected, you do not get to return them. Thank you for understanding.

All shoes are first come first serve. There have been times in the past where we have held shoes with no deposit and customers don’t show up to meet or never buy the shoes.
