Today, Sweet Elaine Boutique had the joy of being able to present to a group of business women at the Georgetown Chamber Of Commerce networking event.

We went over body shape and how to style for your shape.

Stephanie Featherstone was kind enough to let me take a picture of her notes from the lesson. Her notes summarize the most important things to know and pay attention to in relation to YOUR body.

When we present to a group of women, we tell them to remember these important things, if you donā€™t remember anything else!

- Know your body shape
- Wear the correct bra size
- Pay attention to the RISE of your pants, especially if youā€™re curvy, not just the inseam.
- Where is your ni**le line and where should it be if itā€™s not in the right spot?
- When you add fabric to a curvy figure, youā€™re adding 10 pounds visually of fabric.
- When you add fabric to an inverted triangle or a rectangle body shape, you can add feminine detail and help with balance.
