Special visitors…..

We had very special visitors in the store this week. The Georgetown High School & Eastview High School cheerleaders came to check out the store and show support for our small business. ❤️💙

The girls giggled and laughed while they shopped. To me, that’s one of the best sounds in the world. The boutique space is so “girlie” and I love how women, of all ages, walk in and just feel like they’ve been there before. That’s exactly what I built the space to feel like. It’s a feeling of shopping in your own closet mixed with excitement that you know the pieces are new and beautiful.

Ready for fall clothes…but the weather still says SUMMER?

That in-between season (Fall Transition) can make getting dressed feel tricky. You’re craving cozy fall style, but it’s definitely not sweater weather yet. 😅

Here are 5 easy ways to start transitioning your wardrobe without overheating:
- Switch to fall colors — Think chocolate brown, olive, camel, burgundy, rust, and darker denim in lightweight fabrics.
- Add a lightweight third piece — Try a vest, button-down, lightweight blazer, or denim layer instead of a heavy jacket or cardigan.
- Change your shoes — Swap the sandals for loafers, ballet flats, sneakers, clogs, or ankle boots when the weather allows.
- Add just ONE fall piece — Pair shorts with a lightweight sweater, a tank with darker denim, or a summer dress with loafers. You don’t have to go full fall all at once!
