Prom 2024.
Hi everyone, if you have your prom dress or know when you will get it in, please plan early to get with me for an appointment time.
I will be closing my bookings 3 weeks before each prom date, to ensure I get everyone’s dress done in time.
I do fittings on a Tuesday or Thursday. Happy Prom shopping!!!

My newest project. Andrea asked me to use her wedding dress and make daughter Maddie a robe, shorts and a wrap for her flowers. She also wanted 4 handkerchief’s for family. This was such a fun project and the memories of her dress will now last with her daughter.

Congratulations to Malaysia who won her pageant yesterday wearing this beautiful dress! Her mom Alicia asked if I can make her dress smaller without having to cut anything away so it can be adjusted as she grows. I removed beads by the zipper and took her back in and she’s keeping the beads for later to put it back when she grows. The hemline I put in tucks on all the under layers and then she wore a hoop under to push out so the top didn’t have to be shortened.

Just a few memories I’ve made this month for customers. The red sweater was a grandmothers and turned into a little baby sweater and hat. The three table runners are from a fathers favorite ties.

Amber got married Oct 16th 2021. Her sweet Mom Pam has been such a blessing to me, In the midst of us having Covid and being so ill both Pam and Amber still wanted to wait for me to get strong enough to work on Ambers dress. She checked on us every few days to see how we were. I’m so grateful for Pam and Amber and absolutely loved seeing Amber so excited to fit her dress on at each fitting. I only had to do hems, bustle and attach her beautiful belt. I also reconstructed Pams dress sleeves as they were attached at the back which she did not love and shortened her dress. Sister Brittany’s dress I worked on her bodice to shorten her straps, hems and attached her belt that matched her sisters.

Custom quilt and pillow made as a wedding memory. I used the beaded bodice of her dress to create the custom pillow.
