Being a small business owner and someone who aims to always be respectful and use customer service manners- It makes it extremely difficult when customers do not give that same respect in return.
Our business has been picking up and we are very proud of where Kustom Tees is headed as far as orders and clientele. We are looking forward to the future of our business and reaching more milestones.
With that being said.... Sadly a few things need to be discussed and taken into consideration on a customer standpoint.
We are a BUSINESS, yes we are a small family owned and operated business, but we are very much so still a BUSINESS. We have many people who place orders and like mentioned above, business has been picking up.. meaning, when you place an order with us- you are NOT the only one placing an order with us. We ALWAYS ask when the order is needed so it can go onto the calendar and fulfilled accordingly.
Also, by us having other orders- we try our very very best to fulfill them all in a timely manner to meet the needs of everyone purchasing from us. That does not mean we can push every other order out because you need your items tomorrow or within a 5 day span. With that being said, we 100% understand things come up last minute or things slip the mind.. it happens, we get it and we are here to try and make those last minute rush orders happen. We also make sure we are not just "rushing" orders as we do pride ourselves and our business name when it comes to our products. We strive daily to provide quality items.
While we continue to handle every situation to date respectfully and work through any issues accordingly, we do ask that you treat us the same way. We are doing our best to get you what you need, when you need it.
We have been presented issues where someone needed something "Right away" and since we make those choices to accept those rush orders, we do what we can to get it done... It makes what we do so stressful when we do this for our customers and get the item ready for pickup only to be told "I will come tomorrow" or "Oh, I forgot- can I come on so and so date".. Not to mention when we are working a rush order and communicate throughout only to be left waiting on a response and when the response comes sometimes hours later, we are expected to have the items ready immediately. We can no longer conduct business this way and will unfortunately have to incorporate a fee on all rush orders moving forward. We never wanted to be that business, but fully understand why rush order fees were put in place to begin with.
This turned out to be way longer of a post than anticipated. I am grateful for all of you still reading to this point.
We do appreciate each and every person so very much for not only supporting our small business, but also our family. We look forward to meeting so many more amazing people and having all of you grow with us. Each order means the world to us and I truly hope this message does not come off in a negative way. It just needed to be addressed.
