The Cottage, tucked right behind Wicks, has the CUTEST little patio and the kind of old-school charm you just don’t find enough of anymore!

Whether you’re a fancy craft cocktail kind of person or just want your classic Jack & Coke, they’ve got you covered. 🥃

The atmosphere is always fun, full of character, and has that nostalgic, timeless feel that I wish more places still had. A little bit of the good old days, in the best way possible. 🤍

And when winter rolls around? They even have cozy igloos! ❄️🍸

Definitely one of those spots that makes Saugatuck so special!

The coffee we all know and love from Saugatuck now has a bakery and breakfast spot ☕️🥐

Bonus: it’s right behind our vacation rental 😏

Ordered the classic miel because I take my miels way too seriously and… no notes 😅

Also tried the cheddar scone and accidentally skipped the content creation part and went straight to eating it. Worth it.

Donuts, muffins, breakfast, baked goods… dangerous addition to the lineup honestly 🤍

One of our favorite restaurants in Traverse City, Farm Club, just opened a bakery + market and it looks SO good. 🥐✨

Fresh bread, pastries, local goods, coffee, flowers, and the same beautiful cozy atmosphere we already loved about Farm Club. Definitely adding this to our must-stop spots every time we’re up north. 🌿

New spot in Saugatuck 🌊✨
Marker 14 right on the water = summer perfection. 💦

Definitely a must try — the shrimp cocktail and walleye bites were SO good. Perfect place to sit outside, enjoy the breeze, have some drinks, and soak up the lake town energy.

1. single family home with a living space downstairs or upstairs that is either already renovated for this or has potential?

2. a multi-unit property

Off-market is ideal but not necessary.
