She Moves Different 💜 Chosen Not Broken
✨ Built Not Bought
🔥 For women who refuse to stay down

Tomorrow. 🦋

I’ve been working behind the scenes on something that means a whole lot more to me than just creating another product.

It’s a piece of She Moves Different that I’ve been wanting to bring to life for a while... and tomorrow, I’m finally letting you see it. 🖤

We’re calling this a soft launch because this is only the beginning.

Tomorrow, September 4th. ✨

She Moves Different is officially stepping into her next chapter.

And I cannot freaking wait. 🦋🔥

09/03/2026

Sometimes you have to take your own advice.

Stop waiting for someone else to make you happy.

Stop waiting for someone to finally see your worth, finally choose you, finally change, finally become the person you've spent years hoping they would become.

There comes a point when waiting isn't patience anymore.

It's postponing your own life.

And I don't want to do that anymore.

I have spent enough time being sad. Enough time feeling lonely in places where I should have felt loved. Enough time giving chances because I believed in what could be instead of accepting what was.

So I'm choosing differently now.

I'm choosing to live.

To laugh too loud.
To be spontaneous.
To try new things.
To make memories.
To go places I've never been.
To love the people who love me well.
To stop apologizing for wanting more out of this one beautiful life.

And most importantly, I'm choosing ME.

Not because I stopped caring.

Not because none of it mattered.

But because I matter too.

Sometimes moving differently means finally taking the advice you've been giving everybody else.

Create a life you don't need to escape from. 🦋

There are days that change your life loudly.

And then there are days that look completely ordinary to everyone else… but you know you will remember them forever.

Today is one of those days.

Not because everything suddenly became easy.
Not because I have every answer.
And definitely not because the road ahead is perfectly mapped out.

But because somewhere along this journey, I finally learned the difference between surviving a life and choosing one.

I learned that peace is not something I should have to earn after chaos.

That love should not require me to abandon myself.

That loyalty does not mean staying where I am continuously depleted.

That boundaries are not punishment.

And that choosing myself does not make me selfish.

Sometimes the bravest thing you will ever do is stop fighting to preserve what has been breaking you and start fighting for the woman you are becoming.

I don't know exactly what every page of this next chapter holds.

But I know who is writing it now.

Me.

With God beside me.
With people who genuinely love me around me.
With standards I will never apologize for again.
And with a kind of peace I once thought I had to beg for.

I have spent enough of my life becoming strong because I had no other choice.

Now I want to discover who I become when I am finally allowed to be soft, safe, happy, loved, and free.

Today wasn't the end of my story.

It was the moment I realized…

I get to choose what happens next.

And THAT is what it means when She Moves Different. 🦋

Some seasons aren't about becoming someone new.

They're about finally returning to the woman you were before life convinced you that you had to shrink to survive.

The woman who trusted herself.

The woman who had dreams.

The woman who laughed without checking the room first.

The woman who didn't question whether she deserved love, respect, consistency, safety, or peace.

Healing isn't always soft.

Sometimes healing looks like boundaries.

Sometimes it looks like walking away.

Sometimes it looks like grieving something you know you can never go back to.

And sometimes it looks like standing in the middle of everything that tried to break you and realizing...

I still get to decide what happens next.

You are not required to remain who you had to become just to survive.

You can rebuild.

You can choose differently.

You can start again.

You can create a life that feels like yours. 🦋

That's what it means to Move Different.

Creating a life I don't need to escape from. 🤍

Sometimes She Moves Different looks like not moving at all.

Sometimes growth isn't productive.
It isn't pretty.
It isn't a perfectly planned morning, a checked-off to-do list, or an inspirational post about how strong you are.

Sometimes growth looks like realizing you've reached your limit... and allowing yourself to stop.

I've been quiet here for about a week.

Not because I gave up.
Not because I lost sight of what I'm building.
And definitely not because I suddenly ran out of things to say. 😂

Life has just been LIFE lately.

And I'm learning that I don't have to perform strength every single day to prove that I'm strong.

Some days I move mountains.

Some days I sit still long enough to remember that I already have.

So if you've been overwhelmed, exhausted, behind, quiet, or simply trying to make it through the day...

You're still moving forward.

Even when it doesn't feel like it. 🦋

I’m asking my friends, family, and community to please take a moment to read and share this. ❤️

Saturday morning, my cousin’s daughter experienced something no parent should ever have to endure. She woke up and found her beautiful 2-month-old baby boy unresponsive. Despite every effort to save him, he could not be revived.

There are simply no words for the pain this family is experiencing right now.

Just days before losing their baby, these young parents had moved into their very own place and were beginning this new chapter together as a family. Now, instead of settling into their home and making memories with their little boy, they are grieving him and trying to figure out how to keep everything from falling apart around them.

An incredibly generous anonymous person has already donated enough to cover the cost of their baby’s cremation, which has taken one enormous burden from their shoulders. But there are still rent, utilities, groceries and everyday bills that don’t stop simply because your entire world has.

With Dad being away from work while they grieve and take care of everything that comes with losing their child, they are understandably terrified of falling behind and losing the home they had just moved into.

They should not have to worry about keeping a roof over their heads while trying to comprehend how they are supposed to live without their baby.

A GoFundMe has been created to help them through the weeks ahead. If you are able to donate, even a few dollars can help take one small piece of stress off this family’s shoulders. If you aren’t able to donate, please share this post. A share costs nothing, but it may put this in front of someone who is able to help.

And most importantly, please keep these young parents, my cousin, and their entire family in your prayers. They need every bit of love and support we can surround them with right now.

Rest peacefully, sweet baby boy. 🤍🕊️

SHE MOVES DIFFERENT... EVEN WHEN SHE’S CRYING.

Some days strength doesn’t look like confidence.

It doesn’t look like a motivational quote, a perfect morning routine, or somebody smiling while telling you everything happens for a reason.

Sometimes strength looks like sitting alone in your car with tears running down your face because life has become too damn heavy for a minute.

And letting yourself cry.

I think sometimes we convince ourselves that healing means we shouldn’t have days like this anymore.

That growth means we should always know what to do.

That being strong means nothing should break through the armor.

That isn’t real.

You can be healing and still hurt.
You can be strong and still cry.
You can have faith and still feel overwhelmed.
You can know you’re going to make it and still have absolutely no idea how you’re going to get through today.

The difference is...

You don’t stay there.

You cry.
You feel it.
You collect yourself.
And when you’re ready, you take the next step.

Even if the next step is tiny.

Even if your eyes are swollen.

Even if you’re exhausted.

She Moves Different doesn’t mean she never falls apart.

Sometimes it means she learned that falling apart for a moment doesn’t mean she has to stay broken.
