Dear friends,

After much prayer and reflection, I’ve made the difficult decision to close Agnes Apparel. This choice was not made lightly. Recent changes in import costs and tariffs have made it increasingly difficult to offer our modest, high-quality clothing at prices that are fair to you and still sustainable for a small business like ours.

While I fully support our country’s efforts to strengthen American industry and protect fair trade, the reality is that these tariffs have made it nearly impossible for us to continue sourcing the fabrics and designs we had carefully curated.

My hope is that this is not a permanent goodbye. I would love nothing more than to see Agnes Apparel reopen one day—producing beautiful, modest clothing made right here in the United States, if we can find a manufacturing partner that aligns with our vision and values.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for every message, order, and word of encouragement along the way. Your support has meant more than I can ever say.

🌿 Big news from Agnes Apparel! 🌿
We just had our very first virtual meeting with our manufacturer—and it was nothing short of exhilarating! 🎉

Thanks to your incredible feedback and support, we’re moving forward with our first Agnes Apparel Exclusive—a beautifully modest piece made with organic, plant-based materials = cotton and linen.

We’re also exploring natural dyes and prints to take a stand against synthetic fabrics and offer something more in line with our values: simple, pure, and purposeful fashion. 💫

This is a huge learning curve, but we’re giving it our all—because modest, natural clothing shouldn’t be hard to find. Thank you for walking this journey with us. More updates coming soon!
