Erica brings a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, graphic design, and branding. With multiple marketing-focused degrees and certifications, and hands-on experience creating engaging content and marketing campaigns, she’s ready to help take Taft360 to the next level.

As we continue growing our Uniforms, Gear, Vehicle Outfitting, DTF Printing, Embroidery, Laser Engraving, and E-Commerce divisions, Erica will be leading the charge in telling our story, showcasing our work, and helping us better connect with the public safety professionals and customers we proudly serve.

And another one…

7:00 PM on a Sunday.

A sheriff department calls.

The rear light bar on a squad quit working.

Now they have a choice.

Call the outfitter and hear:
📞 “Put in a service ticket.”

📞 “We’ll take a look next week.”

📞 “Have you tried cycling the power?”

Or call us.

A few hours later, the Tahoe is on the trailer headed to the shop.

Here’s the reality nobody likes to talk about:

Anybody can sell you lights.

Anybody can install equipment.

The difference is what happens when that equipment decides to stop working at the worst possible time.

Manufacturers don’t pay us to drop everything.

11:00 PM on a Saturday night.

Squad car quits.

Now comes the fun part.

You call your outfitter and get:
📞 Voicemail.

Or maybe:
📞 “We’ll look at it Monday.”

Or the classic:
📞 “That’s a manufacturer warranty issue.”

Meanwhile, the officer is out of service, the shift commander is irritated, and the taxpayers are wondering why a police car is sitting in a parking lot.

Then there’s us.

We answer the phone.

We open the shop.

We diagnose the problem.

We get the squad back on the road.

This Tahoe looks like it starts every shift by saying:

And somehow it’s already cleared two traffic stops, a welfare check, and a deer complaint before briefing is over.

When neighboring agencies see a Taft 360 build pull into the parking lot:

At first it’s just a quick glance.

Then it’s a slow walk around the vehicle.

Then it’s:
