As many of you know, we have found ourselves into a new adventure within the past year. Due to that, Summit Sands has taken a backseat for now. Summit Sands has been a dream of mine since I was a kid. It all started when I was young and found my love for the natural world, the mountains and oceans. From drawing the logo by hand as a teenager in high school, to finally making it a reality and putting the logo on clothing and art. It’s a representation of my ideal place in the world, where the mountains meet the ocean. Due to my love for the natural world, I have found myself into a new adventure involving raising, breeding and managing rare aquatic animals! Summit Sands had the opportunity to not only be apart of helping out make and design the T-Shirts for the 1st Annual Kasey Kruse Golf Memorial, but was also able to take all of the profits raised from that and donate them to a fund in Kasey’s name (almost $400). The fund is designed to help youth athletes get concussion protocol baseline testing done! We would also like to shout out and give a massive Thank You to Three Lil' Birds Consignment Shoppe for letting me set up a whole rack in the shop! We do still have clothing and some canvas prints there, although most of it is a little different from what’s on the website! Make sure you stop in to check it out along with all of the other home goods!
I am so honored, fortunate, and thankful to be given this opportunity by God. Although, for those of you that know me understand that I have a strong relationship with animals, and feel the need to pursue that further. With that being said, it’s time, for now, to close the doors of Summit Sands!
