This year for the Poke Sallet Festival I’ll have “no fuss pets” at my table ❤️ I have goldfish, jelly fish and bettas!
I’ve wanted to make these forever but couldn’t find the right containers that wouldn’t make them something I had to charge a crazy amount for, but I finally found the perfect little aquariums.

I will be inside the center again this year so please come see me! ❤️🐟

Okay I need to poll yall. I am wanting to have some mystery boxes at Poke Sallet! I’ve already ordered the boxes and they should be here this week.
BUT I can’t decide if I want to pick a few different patterns and have the mystery boxes contain like one of say 4 different animals OR if I want to pick one animal and have different variations of that pattern.
Help?
What would you be more likely to buy?
A mystery box that could have one of a few different animals in it? So its a total surprise
or
A mystery box where theres a variation of one animals, like for example you know you’re getting an octopus but you don’t know what color or theme it will be?

Eleven years ago Ray and I were living in Frankfort, walking distance from Michael’s craft store. I had just really gotten back into crocheting.

After I re-taught myself the basics as well as how to make beanies I decided I wanted to make amigurumi - or stuffed animals. But I was fairly convinced that it was going to be waaaay above my skill level because it looked hella complicated and for most of my crochet career up to this point I had only made things in various rectangular shapes (scarves, wash cloths, very very simple bags and earwarmers)

I didn’t have a clue what safety eyes were, I literally picked a random pattern (based on the Ugly Dolls) from a website that I don’t think even exists anymore and used two random colors of cotton yarn I had bought at Michael’s for $1 each. I didn’t have stuffing so my poor Bunny was literally stuffed with random bits of yarn and cotton balls 😂🙈

I don’t have a clue where he is or even if he survived all this time.

But part of me wants to re-create him 😂😂

Friends what animals/characters etc would y’all wanna see at my crochet booth this year?
I have five hundred and seven ideas but I feel like sometimes the weird stuff I like isn’t what people want to buy 😂🙈 so I’m open to suggestions.
