This is the AquaChino Tutu which is made with vibrant aqua and deep brown tulle. This is a reversible tutu where the under layer is one color that shows through the top layer. This is a very unique design and can be done in any color combination you want. $25 for sizes newborn-6. (7+ add $5)This can be embellished with ribbon, rhinestones, silk flowers, buttons, etc the only limit is your imagination. =)
