This is the third realtor sign we've made, and every time we're amazed by how beautifully they turn out! The details are so crisp, clean, and professional.

This sign is truly a labor of love. All of the text is inlaid, while the "Sold" and "House" pieces are raised off the surface to create extra dimension and visual interest.

This particular sign is 12" and double-sided, making it perfect for photos, open houses, and social media posts. We can also make it slightly larger if you'd like a bigger statement piece. We can also customize the colors to match your specific branding

A little Ivy & Elm Co. throwback...

We started our business and opened our Etsy shop in 2019, full of hope and big dreams. But if we’re being honest, things were pretty quiet at first.

Then in 2020, we received our very first Etsy review… a 5-star review on our Dr. Seuss sign. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It may have seemed like a small thing, but to us, it was huge. It was proof that someone loved something we created enough to take the time to leave a review.

Looking back now, it’s hard to believe how far we’ve come since that moment.

We’re so thankful for every order, every review, every share, and every person who has supported our small business over the years.

This sweet family surprised their parents with a completely personalized 60th anniversary sign featuring handwritten “I love you” notes and handprints from the kids & grandkids. Hearing how much they loved it made our hearts so full. 🥹

We were told the anniversary couple loved showing it off to family and friends at their party. Moments like these are exactly why we love super custom orders so much.
