Third World Exchange We are a website that sells "Goods for Good" from Third World Countries to consumers in the US. It was run just by a young lady with her sewing machine.

The idea behind Third World Exchange started in a small shop in Cochabomba, Bolivia. She made coin bags, purses, backpacks, and many other unique items. This woman sewed bags for a living in a community that had trouble feeding themselves, let alone buying bags; however, there are millions of people around the world that can afford these items. Third World Exchange works to bridge the gap between

small businesses in developing countries and consumers that can afford their products. Through our site, we aim to bring our customers the products of small and unique businesses that they may never have had the opportunity to have access to otherwise. Through every purchase at Third World Exchange, you are helping someone’s business grow; you are helping to provide the economic boost that is desperately needed by many business’s in areas of extreme poverty.
