Care instructions:

Be mindful that these are essentially beaded strings and can break when tugged, snagged or pulled to hard.
Be aware when sitting or bending over. Remember to roll beads up before sitting. Try to keep in mind that the beads are there when using the restroom, pulling them is the cause of most breakage. You can wear beads in the shower, but if they are removable it is recommended to remove before showering.
Tie Instructions:

String length should be long enough to have room to make a knot comfortably. Place beads wherever you desire around your waist/stomach.
I recommend you start higher on your waist if you are new to wearing waist beads, to help lessen the chance of pulling/tugging of the beads.
Make sure when you go to tie and secure your beads, that there are no gaps or spaces between the beads. This will eliminate the chance of pinching while wearing them. Slide off any extra beads before tying and cutting thread.
When tying I recommend using a surgical knot. I will send a video link showing how to tie a surgical knot.
You can seal the ends of your knot with glue or a quick flick of a lighter and rolling the tips to seal.
