A lot of people have sent over the video of the guy getting thrown… here’s an interview with the photographer who shot it.
Gramps was following the rules.
He wasn’t acting like some touron.
The park’s recommendations are to stay 25 yards away from bison. 75 feet. The man was much further than that. He made an effort to move away from the bison.
That didn’t matter.
Laughing and saying he deserved it is like saying someone stopped at a red light deserved to get rear ended by someone who stole a semi truck.
