I have 2 sides. One one side I'm a manager, I like deadlines, timetables, organization, a schedule and a budget. I like to have things documented and articulated. I enjoy having a plan that I can follow, I enjoy when the unexpected occurs as it often does, to have a plan for that too.
But my other side is creative, I like so be spontaneous and flow based upon how I feel because how I feel is valid to me, and sometimes I like to take a minute just so understand and articulate what feelings mean. No budgets, no plans, don't tell me nothing, I do as I feel.
My duality's altercation has manifested in making this podcast . The manager set the date to be completed with recording as 1 January and I was to release the first episode on my Mom's birthday, January 21. However my creativity said nah, " we ready, when we ready.
So to compromise I have recorded a few episodes, that I really like, featuring some people that I really like. I won't set a date, but, it's coming. Even when you set deadlines, life doesn't stop lifing... except when it does. So when life gives you lemons, just be grateful you still have life. I'm comin.
