It's that time again! Our annual Fly Fishing Seminar is coming up on Saturday, May 2nd.

Registration is now open, but space is limited. Registration fee of $20 includes the seminar, light refreshments, and all attendees will get a $30 credit to use on new fly fishing gear, like flies, line, rods, reels, waders, and more.

Led by experienced fly fishing guides Dan Swart and Hank Yost (who also teach our Fly Fishing 101 classes), the seminar is a full day of in-depth fly fishing knowledge, history, and stories. A little bit of Friday the 13th (and a little Thursday the 12th for good measure)

If you got an unexpected email from us last night or this morning, we apologize - but they're legitimately from us.

We're in the process of updating our store register software, and as part of that process, we're moving our customer records to the new database. While we took preventive measures to avoid everyone getting a welcome email (as there have been 110,000+ of you over the recent years!), a small error meant that those measures did not work out the way we planned.

We caught the problem when we started getting autoresponders and replies last night, and the welcome emails were stopped around the names beginning with K.

The other part of this customer migration is to move your existing store credits and rewards to the new software. If you have redeemable rewards or existing store credits, they were totaled up and added to the new system as a store credit, which does not expire and will be available to use in store any time.

If you're a Rewards member and you did NOT get an email letting you know you have store credit, it's because we don't have an email address for you (or the one we have is out of date). Next time you stop in, make sure we have your correct email address!
