About the Workshop
Metal Etching with saltwater is acid and chemical free and is a fascinating way to add surface detail to metal. Etch your own custom design on brass that we will form into a bold cuff bracelet (or leave as a miniature piece of metal art). Designs can be hand drawn, ink-stamped or cut from stickers or tape – whatever sparks your creative vision. We'll learn a method that can be replicated on brass, copper, bronze and nickel silver.
About the Retreat
The Crafter’s Retreat is an in-person event that gives makers of all levels the opportunity to dive into the art of slow crafting and handcraft beautiful projects from start to finish. Explore a wide range of mediums in workshops led by expert artisans. Each class is a half day experience...come for one class or a fill your weekend with four premium workshops!
