Some custom magnets and adhesive chevrons that went out. We split the patrol for the doors. Made a reflective outline badge (from a regular badge photo), cut the chevrons and applied the transfer tape so all they had to do was rub them into place!

This ended up being perfect to use as an example of what an outlined image on a glossy black background (left) vs an image that already has a black background (right) will look like on a magnet.

If you have a background in your image, but want an outline, just select outline before adding to cart and we'll remove the background from your image.

Some safety items are live on the site! Trying to get a few more added each day. We'll also be working on testing out a non-reflective black for the customization on the safety jackets.

A few items currently in the testing phase. We were able to finally get some vinyl that works on nylon products with the coatings on them (i.e. waterproofing, uv resistant, etc). Just gotta make sure it actually holds up and does what it says it will do! The downfall to this is product is it currently only comes in reflective silver, but I have put a bug in their ear to make it in black. It's also incredibly thick so outline badges and patches are possible, as long as there's not small details.

There will be an announcement when they go live on the website as long as everything works as it should.

We also have a bunch of safety apparel in the testing phase.

Do a magnet test on your vehicle before ordering large magnets! We would hate for you to order large or long worded magnets just for them to fly off or not stick at all. Some vehicles only have partially magnetic doors ( the bottom of a door may be but the top may not). Some just barely have any spots for them to work on in general.

I've done a test on my vehicle. Only the areas inside the red are magnetic. If I start a long worded magnet on the quarter panel and it ends on the door it's going to appear to stick, but only half is, and it will fly off as it's not fully on the vehicle.

You should then measure your magnetic area and order based upon what will fit there. We can also help you design something for your size space if you take detailed measurements and shoot us an email.

Our magnets have been tested at higher speeds then you should be going and in the winter at that. As long as they're clean and applied to a fully magnetic, clean space, they'll stay where they're supposed to 😁
