🌿 Natural, rough, aged, and casual or simply - RUSTIC style.

The term rustic is pretty broad, but many different design styles can actually fall into it.

❌ As you may concern - you don't need to live in a legit log cabin to be considered rustic.

ℹ One of the defining characteristics of a rustic home, whether it's cottage or coastal, is the use of natural materials. That means a lot of wood and stone and fabrics like burlap and canvas.

🧱 Design is simple, natural and has an earthy feel about it. Raw materials are also common.

🎨 The color palette is, predictably, natural. It swings heavily towards neutral, but there is room for bold, so long as it keeps to earthy tones. Greens, browns and grays are common, and it favors warmth, so it doesn't feel too cold and stark.

It's time for renovation but you just don't know how to pick perfect tiles⁉️

ℹ If you are total beginner, there is several rules that might help you.

🧠 Although you think that cool modern shapes and unusual specific designs would help giving your rom modern look, still if you are inexperienced, try to stick to some basic rules.

❕The main rule to follow: LESS is always MORE. So, the simpler colors, the simpler lines. You can assume that purple or orange tiles will not stay beautiful for long time. If you want to experiment with colors, it's always a good choice to run that colors trough the details (towels, baskets, paths, soap dispensers etc)

8️⃣ Tips for arranging a rented apartment!

⁉️ The very first thing should be clarifing with the owner what you can do and what not if we are speaking about renovation and change.

⭕ Carpet - What you can do if you don't like the old carpet or floor is to put yours. Today, there really are carpets of the different price range, so for not so high budget you can signifficanty rearrange the space. Also walkways and rugs are other cheaper options.

🧱 Walls - If your landlord does not allow painting or wallpapering, you can place a wall tappets on the wall itself. You can also set the wall gallery without nailing - with double-sided tape.

🛏 Changing pillows and blankets and decoratovr pillow cases will bring serenity to space. They can be easily changed and reorganized.

ℹ Mirror - It is especially significant in small residents. If it is placed on the wall, you will visualy increase the space.

🌿➰ Plants and knitted baskets - bingo for every home.

🔪 Kitchen - Can be a problematic part of the apartment. With the help of self-adhesive foils or stickers in the forms of tiles, you can change its appearance in an instant. These stickers are easy to remove. Also, insert jars for spices, herbs in pots, and similar

💡 Lighting - Additional lighting is always desirable. Get a nice floor lamp or table lamp or even lamps that you can definitely take with you when you move.

Do you ever feel like having a calm place is everything you need? 😌

If you want to achive a feeling of calmness in interior design, keep reading, I have prepared some really usefull advices:

🛋 Furniture - Choose some light colors, such as white or different shades of beige. The color of the wood or just the wood as material is a great choice for additional pieces of furniture, such as tables, armchairs, chairs..

🧱 Wall color - White. Eventually, one wall in the room can be in the lightest shade od some other color.

⬜ Carpet - Should be bright, solid, or with a discreet pattern in black or brown.

🌼 Details - You can play with them. Stick to one or two colors, for example ocher or black or gray. A few detsils in these colors will contribute to space not looking monotonous and boring.

💯 Wicker furniture - Something that is a must for real Interior lovers (focus them at photo examples)

🌿 Plants - A few green houseplants in pots of as neutral colors as possiblr and without unnecessary details

BLUE COLOR is one of the most used colors in interior design. 🔵

But, do you actually know how to apply it and get the best solution for your home ⁉️

Everybody knows that colors do have impact at our mood. Blue color is associated with the sky and the sea. Having that in mind, it has calming effect and helps in better concentration. 🌊

However, excessive use of blue color in the interior creates the impression of coldness, so be awared. 🥶
