I have been trying to decide if I wanted to make the leap from a PC to a MAC until I discovered today that the pattern software I want will not work on a MAC... Decided.

Hello! I did not drop of the face of the earth, in case you were wondering. I haven't given up on this either. I had a baby!!Number five acctually. So priorities and timelines among other things had to be rearranged. I'm still adjusting and can't do a lot yet, but I can manage to sit at my sewing machine for light sewing, do research and plan to my hearts content!

I have the itch to sew again and plan to ease my way back into a regular rutine. See you soon!

I plan to get back to the 1920's ASAP, but our local RenFaire is just around the corner and as most costumers, I dabble in many time periods. I like to think I WORK in the 1920's and PLAY in the 16th century! I will set up a separate photo album of 16th century costumes I have made and am currently working on as part of the "beyond" category here on Facebook, however I'll try to keep the blog focused on the 1920's, at least for now!
