The Road to Modern Grin Design

My love for graphic design began in high school and continued well into college. At the age of 19, while attending the University of Washington in Seattle, WA, I earned an internship with a local graphic design company and enjoyed every minute of it. While I wound up choosing a different career path (hello my fellow teachers) I continued to explore graphic design and used this skill as much as possible as an educator.

Now, my friends and I are well into our 30’s and some are beginning to grow their families and have beautiful babies. I was inspired by one of my friend’s full-blown love affair with 90’s hip hop and R&B music and wound up creating my first 90’s music themed onesie for her baby shower - Thanks Snoop for the dope lyrics. Since then, I’ve created many personalized onesies for others and find such joy in the process.

So, I took the exciting jump off the deep end and started this small side hustle as a new passionate project. I hope you all enjoy the products as much as I’ve enjoyed creating them for you!
