Oh wait, I left out the part about my creative side. And boy do I have one. My journey through life has led me to a place filled with opportunities to use my talents and abilities and enjoy them in my daily life. My paternal grandmother taught me to sew before I could ride a bike. She sat me on her lap in front of her Singer Sewing Machine. She pressed on the foot pedal and I slowly fed the fabric

under presser foot. My first completed project was an apron. A very very basic apron but nonetheless ...an apron. Since my husband's death and the empty nest, I have taken on jobs outside my home but a couple of years ago I started my online business. My business name is Parsnips Designs. Since you can usually find me snipping away in my sewing room, I combined my last name...Parsons...with snipping and came up with Parsnips Designs. Sure would love to see you take a peek and shop around.
