Etsy has begun deactivating EarFree listings again for alleged policy violations that do not match the actual listings. We went through this same situation about two years ago, and after weeks of appeals Etsy ultimately acknowledged the problem and reinstated the affected listings.
EarFree products are designed specifically for cochlear implant users, and these repeated automated removals directly affect a small business serving that community. We are asking for a prompt human review before more legitimate listings are removed.

After months of designing, testing, and listening to feedback from cochlear implant users, our new Wind Noise Reduction Hat is finally live.

This wasn't about making another hat. It was about solving a problem that so many behind-the-ear cochlear implant users face every time the wind picks up.

We've tested it on beaches, golf courses, and in everyday life. The most rewarding part has been hearing from customers who tell us they're finally able to enjoy windy days with far less wind noise.
