Posting this here because I had a few emails bounce back this morning.
❤️🧡💛 2026 YAMS SPRING Consignors 💛🧡❤️
I hope this finds you well and enjoying this beautiful, SUNNY weather!
Last minute details!
Last chance to enter your items is Wednesday at 11:59 PM central time.
Attached is a map showing where to drop off your items tomorrow (noon–5:00 p.m. Central Time) and Thursday (8:30 a.m.–noon Central Time). 75% of our consignors are dropping off tomorrow afternoon. Please be patient and ready to unload your items. If you label your totes and bags when you drop your items off at the fairgrounds, we will leave them in the community building for you to pick up at your convenience during the YAMS sale.
You must stay and assemble anything with multiple pieces, such as pack-and-plays, high chairs, strollers, and tents. I'm a sales and marketing major, not an engineer.
EVERYTHING MUST BE TAGGED WITH OUR BARCODED TAGS. They must be on light-colored paper so our barcode scanners can scan them. Ideally we would like them on cardstock, though it is not a requirement. You will be turned away if you bring items untagged or tagged with garage sale tags.
If your items don't make the cut, they will be moved to the "free to a good home" table. That includes anything with a large visible stain, a tear, or anything that doesn't work.
Extra! Extra! Read all about it!
As a reminder, during your volunteer shifts, you CANNOT bring your children. We need your help- that's why you volunteered. In the past, children have unintentionally broken items. It's not fair to our consignors if their items end up broken and unsellable. Kindly leave your children at home.
We will accept cash at the ticket table ($10 for Mom's Morning Out, $5 for Sunrise Pass on half price day).
**** Cash will not be accepted at the sale registers for item sales. ****
Please continue to share our flyer advertising the days! This flyer is specifically for the public (Friday and Saturday) since we are in the home stretch of accepting consignors.
Please let me know if you have any other questions. We have someone answering questions all day.
Have a wonderful day!
YAMS Team☀️
