Had a blast with week one of Running Scared Media 6ft and Running event. Even better I got to do this run in a different location. The river and the green added to the spookiness.

Not elite.

Definitely not normal…

Somewhere in the middle

We’ve always said RUN SCARED. Now we’re going to give you a reason to.
Ostrich Running x Run Scared Media are teaming up for a six-week running experience unlike anything we’ve done before.
Every week, a new Jogcast drops. Put your headphones in, press play and start running.
We’ll track how far you run, how fast you run and even see if you were paying attention while the story was trying to get inside your head.
Six weeks. A little competition. A lot of miles. And one overall winner.
Registration is FREE.
You don’t have to be fearless.
You just have to RUN SCARED.

I’m a work in progress

You heard it here first. I have the most generous wife Aracely Ortiz ❤️
Now I need a list of races to sign up for and if anyone has a lead on shoes that cost $5k I’m in the market…

No better healing than the rhythmic sound of your feet to the ground.

Do you agree?

Seize the opportunity when you have the chance.

You requested it and now it’s finally here!

The “X Country” performance tee is live.

It took some time because I needed a shirt that I would actually use.

An 85% Polyester 15% Spandex blend which feels cool to the touch and wicks sweat perfectly.

The reflective birds nest print is intended to help make you visible while running in low light situations.

This one means more.
This is a collaboration with Laguna Sprint Society—a local run club that’s doing something real for the community. Showing up, bringing people together, and building something bigger than just running.
So I wanted to give back.
I’m releasing the remaining hats from this drop and 100% of the profits are going back to the club.
And to make it even better—every order comes with 6 electrolyte sticks on me.
Support the community. Get something that gives back.
