Sometimes, help looks like making sure a furry family member gets where they need to go. 🐾

When one of our clients had a work event she couldn’t miss AND a cat who needed to see the vet, Help(her) Alicia stepped in at the last minute to save the day. She handled the vet visit so our client could focus on work without worrying about what was happening at home.

It’s a perfect example of what Help(her) is all about: being there for the everyday tasks, the unexpected ones, and all those “How am I supposed to be in two places at once?” moments. 💛

Pick up at 6:50 a.m. at home and 2:50 p.m. at Winter Haven Christian School.

$20 per pick up

Help(her) has been notified of a full-time, in-person Office Manager/Bookkeeper position in North Lakeland.

M-F, 9-4
$22-30 per hour (dependent on experience)
After 6 months, 1 week of PTO
After 1 year, 10 days of PTO

You will manage the organization’s daily financial records, track incoming and outgoing money, and keep accounts accurate.
Experience with QuickBooks is required.

We want to let you know about a small rate update coming to Help(her) on September 1.

We haven’t raised rates in six years, and we are making a small adjustment so we can continue attracting and keeping great Help(her)s.

When Help(her) started, we offered a strong rate for the flexible hourly help we provide. But costs have changed, and Florida’s wage floor is rising.

We want to keep attracting and retaining the kind, reliable, thoughtful Help(her)s you trust in your home and business.

Beginning September 1, our updated rates will be:
Standard rate: $30/hour
Member rate: $23/hour
Monthly membership: $100/month, unchanged

For members, the membership will continue to make the most sense if you expect to need around 15 or more hours per month.

This change allows us to raise Help(her) pay and continue building the service we believe in: helpful, personal, dependable, and rooted in taking care of people well.

Thank you for being part of Help(her) and for trusting us with the things that make your life run a little smoother. 💛
