When you spend half an hour looking through the abundance of fabric here, there and everywhere. Then you have to find the right pattern, get distracted with the grand daughter insisting you taste her gourmet plastic food (or “manuma numa” as she calls it), two phone calls, finding the right lining for the fabric, finding other fabrics and thinking what could be made from them, cutting the correct fabric and lining, and sewing. This is what you get! Five hours later and one dress down and two more to go!
