Innovative Choreography We specialize in virtual and in-person choreography, technique, camps, cleaning/feedback, and competitions. Our goal is to help you.

We are passionate about finding opportunities for high school dancers to pursue college dance teams. We have been coaches, assistant coaches, team members, studio teachers, competitive program directors, and choreographers. We have found a huge passion in helping others develop and strengthen their programs. We love to connect our choreography to specific students and groups. Coaches and teachers

wear so many hats, and we hope to help you make juggling them more manageable. We know the need for affordable options because we've been there. Innovative Choreography gives every program a chance to expand, deepen their knowledge, and grow as artists. We have options that range from the virtual world to in-person services. We believe in customizing our talents, passions, and experiences to meet your needs.

Assumption University Dance Team is a nationally ranked program comprised of dedicated student athletes who strive for excellence both athletically and academically. The Assumption University Dance Team competes highly at both the regional and national level. The team competes in D2 Pom and Team Performance, which combines pom, jazz, and hip-hop styles of dance. The team travels to nationals annually in Daytona Beach, FL, where they have earned top 2 and 3 finishes multiple years. The team also prides itself on representing Greyhound Spirit on campus, appearing at home football and basketball games, and other community events. The team holds annual clinics that prospective dancers are encouraged to attend to learn more about the program. The team offers scholarships for incoming dancers, and hopes to attract strong technicians, campus leaders, and scholars in the upcoming recruitment years.

McPherson College Dance Team is returning to competitive status in the 2026-27 school year. Our team dances at all home football games and basketball games with potential to travel for post season events. Our competitive team will compete in the NAIA 6-10 times per season as well as at NDA College Nationals at Daytona Beach, FL. McPherson College Dancers are varsity athletes at McPherson College and receive athletic scholarships, adidas gear, and access to many resources on campus such as chiropractors, athletic trainers, weight room, gym memberships, tutoring, a writing center, and more!

The Kansas City Roos Dance Team is a D1 university in the heart of Kansas City. We perform at soccer volleyball and basketball games for our athletics department, as well as we compete at the NDA college championship in April every year. We compete at the D1 level in Pom and Jazz, hoping to expand to another category in the future. Our back to school intensive will take place in August, dates to be announced on June 1! When being selected for our team, we do an audition/recruitment model that starts August 1. If selected for the team, you will gain a six credit our scholarship per semester.

The Cowley College Tigerettes are a nationally recognized dance team that performs at basketball games, wrestling matches, campus events, community appearances, and collegiate competitions throughout the year. The Tigerettes proudly compete at DTU The College Classic Nationals in Orlando, Florida, where the program earned 2026 National Champions in Team Performance and National Runner-Up in Hip Hop. The program continues to build a strong tradition of excellence. Our dancers are known for their passion, performance quality, work ethic, and team culture. The Tigerettes train in multiple styles including pom, hip hop, jazz, and game day performance, while also representing Cowley College across campus and within the community. We are looking for driven, coachable athletes who want to continue growing both as dancers and as leaders. Scholarship opportunities are available, and our team prides itself on creating a family atmosphere that pushes athletes to succeed on and off the floor. We can’t wait to meet future Tigerettes! 🧡🖤

Northwest Missouri State University Bearcat Steppers Dance Team The Bearcat Steppers perform at all home and post-season football and basketball games and compete at the NDA College Nationals each spring. We are proud to be back-to-back D2 Pom National Champions and recently placed 2nd in the Pom Grand National Championship! We host multiple recruitment clinics in the fall and spring and are always looking to welcome talented dancers to our team. A spring audition will take place after we return from nationals. At Northwest, you’ll find a supportive community and endless opportunities to get involved on campus and beyond. As part of the athletic department, our athletes have access to strength and conditioning trainers, athletic training resources, and the Student-Athlete Success Program, helping you excel in the classroom while balancing a busy athletic schedule. The University of Saint Mary Dance Team is a vibrant and growing program dedicated to building a strong foundation. Competing in the NAIA through the KCAC conference, our team competes 5-9 times each season, alongside cheering at all home football and basketball games to energize the Saint Mary community. Our program was the 2025 KCAC Conference Champions and made our first appearance in program history with an automatic bid to the 2025 NAIA Dance Nationals. With a unique approach to recruiting rather than traditional try-outs, the team brings together a diverse group of talented dancers who are also committed to giving back to the community throughout the year. The Briar Cliff Dance Team is a competitive NAIA program that competes at the state, conference, and national level. The chargers recently took home 4th Place in Pom at the College Classic in Orlando, FL.

As a new program, we are focusing on strong fundamentals as well as versatility in jazz, pom, and hip hop. Scholarship opportunities are available to all dancers. Briar Cliff offers athletes the unique opportunity to make an immediate impact and be part of creating a lasting legacy!

The JCCC Golden Girls perform at all home men’s and women’s basketball games, as well as select volleyball and soccer games. The team competes at the Region 6 Championship in March, where they have won the title the past 9 out of it’s 10 year existence, as well as College Nationals in Florida in April. Auditions are held in late April or early May and Full Tuition Scholarships are awarded to nearly all team members.
