Yallllll!!!! My very first sourdough loaf 😍 Listen… I broke out the scale for this lol.

Oh the amazing things I have learned with my job! Grateful for the past chefs I’ve worked with and the ones I work with now 🥰 Fortunate to work for someone who cares about the people who work for her and the fact that she has been willing to teach and let me learn along the way.
