Knotty Nerds A pair of friends sharing their handicraft abilities with the world at large to make custom amigurum

Knotty Nerds began as one girl's crazy ambition to share her love of plushies with the world at large. She quickly realized this would be impossible to tackle on her own, and roped in her friend and fellow crafter, Tim Larsen, to help make this dream feasible. Currently we specialize in amigurumi (crochet plushies), and are looking to expand our stock into fleece goods. Keep a close eye on us: even we don't know where we'll end up next.

Audrey mentioned Christmas shopping, which got me thinking about making some stock for the store. What kinds of things would you like to see in the Etsy store for the holiday season? Plushies? Scarves? Hats? The more specific the better ^_^

Well, this is embarrassing. While adorable, the Pikachu beanie posted on our wall wasn't created by Tim or Katie! We could definitely make something like that, but neither of us had a hand in the creation of that one in particular. Sorry for the confusion >_

Had a FANTASTIC first experience at ConStellation Nebraska this weekend! Thank you so much to the staff for taking care of us dealers: Delivering a free lunch is both unheard of, and infinitely appreciated by a girl flying solo.
