Delightful Divas is the creation of a single mom, who very cleverly has figured out a way to pay the rent, be with her three kids, and offer a very inexpensive, fun product. Seeing the excitement and fun she was having, her girlfriend later joined in hopes that together they can promote the business and make these precious Tutus for Delightful Divas all over!
