->After the payment, give us 3-5 days to ship your items.
->We don’t accept any return/exchanges. All products are verified, checked for broken or missing stones before shipping.
->Sometimes color can be slightly different because of the lights/camera. No return will be granted on that basis.
->For any major damage during transit, (Parcel opening video is a must without any pause/cuts).
->Please show the complete damage in the video also please let us know about any problem/damages within 24 hours of receiving the parcel .Also, buyers have to bear the shipping charges for returns.
->Tracking no will be shared with the buyer, once your order is shipped. Please keep tracking your package until it's delivered, and please try to stay at the address on the day of delivery. We are not responsible for the lost packages after the tracking status shows delivered.
