Thank you so much for your interest in LadyT Creations. It is our desire and goal to provide you with exceptional customer service, quality garments and gifts that are comfortable & affordable that you can enjoy for a long time to come. Below is some important information for you and terms
PAYMENT
*(for direct orders only) once a decision is ma
de on specifics & order(s) placed; an invoice will be sent via Square within 24hours.
*Payments are due upon receipt of invoice.
* If payment is not received within 24 hours, order/invoice will be cancelled
*Orders are started only after payment is received & processed.
*Methods accepted: Cash, Major credit card, or debit card (please use invoice sent to pay for purchase)
NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. TURNAROUND
*please allow 5-7 business days for order processing time as ALL fabric must be ordered.
*items are custom to specific measurements received, please allow 15 business days after processing for production/completion of orders. (Larger or more complex orders may take longer)
*if items are needed before standard turnaround (Rush Orders)-there is an additional $30 added to order total.
*if additional time is needed for completion the client will be notified and provided estimated shipping date. SHIPPING
*LadyT Creations uses USPS for shipping
*$10.00 flat rate shipping per order (unless larger order)
*please allow up to 3 business days for delivery. Be advised LadyT Creations has no control over USPS delays
* larger orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
*tracking information will be provided for all orders once shipped. RETURNS
*There are NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, and NO EXCHANGES.
*LadyT Creations will not be held responsible for fit of garment due to improper measurements provided by client, lost or damaged packages. Normal business hours are Monday - Thursday 12:00pm-5:00pm, Friday 12:00pm-4:00pm.
*New orders placed outside of normal business hours will not be processed until the next business day
*all ties and bow ties are handmade. Bow ties are with 3 leafs instead of 2 and have an adjustable strap.
*all Mens & boys ties are standard size.
*standard skirt waistband width is 2-2.5 inches (a wide or 3 inch band can be requested)
*standard length of maxi dresses/skirts is 42-43 inches. Longer only available on certain items and will be mentioned in item description.
* standard length for Midi is 25-27”; knee length is 21-23".
*dresses/skirts can be shortened or lengthened and should be specified when ordering. [Maxi's Longer than 45" will increase price.]
*be sure to wear the shoes/undergarments you plan to wear with your finished garment before taking measurements as this can alter the fit.
*flower pins clutch purses come in 3 sizes.
*lap scarves are all a standard size (21"x21"). Extra Large size (26"x26") also available for extra charge.
*LadyT Creations reserves the right to use photos of finished garments for advertising purposes.
