Hangman Hats Howdy! We’re Justin and Jen, a husband-and-wife duo with a passion for craftsmanship and creativity. to the beautiful island of Okinawa, Japan.

Both born and raised in Colorado, our journey together has been anything but ordinary. Justin and I (Jen) have called many places home, from coast to coast across the U.S. Along the way, we've been fortunate to experience diverse cultures and build lifelong memories. During our time in Okinawa, Jen ran a successful small business, designing and crafting baby items and home décor. This creative ven

ture sparked her love for working with her hands, and she realized just how fulfilling it is to create things that make life a little more special. A few years ago, we chose to put down roots in Wisconsin, where we’ve found a place to call home. We’ve been welcomed with open arms, and we’re excited to be here with our children by our side. With this next chapter, we both found ourselves drawn to the idea of continuing to craft—this time with a new focus: custom hats. We founded Hangman Hats as a way to combine our love of design, the satisfaction of working with our hands, and the joy of creating something uniquely tailored to each individual. We specialize in custom-sized and shaped brimmed hats and accessories that tell a story and fit like no other. We’re so excited to embark on this new adventure, and we can’t wait to share our passion for handmade quality with you. The hustle and bustle of pop up events is always so fun, but getting to slow down a bit for 1:1 private appointments is where the magic really happens. We really get to take our time and work together to create YOUR perfect hat. Mr. J picked a silverbelly open crown, 50/50 rabbit/beaver blend that Justin shaped and fit and it suits him just perfectly. Added a simple leather hatband and a brand to finish the look. So comfortable, you’ll forget you’re wearing it!

Our first award y’all! The presented us with an appreciation award for spending the evening with them discussing our business and making sure the Officers were outfitted with custom hats. Honestly, we were just honored to be able to spend that time with such great young adults and having them be interested in our business. They are truly amazing and we had nothing but smiles all night. Looking forward to our continued support of such a wonderful club!

Kickoff Luke Combs concert day at Fire & Fir where we will be turning the space into a Honky‑Tonk Loft!🤘

From 1-6 PM, enjoy free rides on a mechanical bull, shop our vendor market with custom cowboy hats, a cowgirl boutique, hat bar & more, and grab a drink before the show 🍻

🎶 The Duke FM tailgate is from 1-4 PM with music, games & giveaways, including Luke Combs concert tickets, X41 tickets, autographed guitars & station hats!
