I'm crazy about the way has styled her home with plants. She's created a little plant table using a modern metal plant stand and a woven grass tray. I would have never thought to do that! I love the boho ratan and macrame accents as well. What a lovely space!

I rescued this little Philodendron Atom plant from hardware store overwatering. Isn’t it cute!! I'd never seem an Philo Atom before and had to look it up.

A sub-tropical, low light plant. It will be happiest in a room with bright but indirect sunlight. Best to put it in a bright corner away from the window. Perfect for apartments, atriums, and areas with frosted glass.

Water around once a week in the growing season but hold off if the soil is still very wet. In fact, it does the plant well if it has started to dry off on the top inch of soil in between waterings. Watch out for yellow leaves as this is a sign that your Philodendron atom is receiving too much water. Encourage humidity by misting or using a humidity tray. Great for bathrooms!

She's a green leafy beauty in a small 4" pot for now. I’ll let her recover and get acclimated to her new space then find a nice pot so she can show off even more.

Plants We Love:
Prayer plants are showy (just look at this gorgeous Lemon Lime!) and require humidity to keep them happy. But here’s what’s really special about them: At dusk, the leaves fold together, as if in prayer and then they open again with the morning light. While prayer plants can tolerate low light conditions, they do best in bright, indirect light. Take care as direct sunlight can bleach their leaves.

Plants bring life to living spaces but they don’t always have to be green! Variegated string of hearts produces heart-shaped, pink-splashed leaves on delicate, trailing stems. Known to botanists as Ceropegia woodii variegata, the variegated string of hearts is a more ornamental variety of the ordinary green-leafed Ceropegia woodii. Variegated string of hearts thrives in bright, indirect light and tolerates infrequent watering, making it a perfect low-maintenance houseplant.

I’ve been seeing these amazing DIY hanging branches a lot recently. They are a great way to add interest and height with your hanging plants. I especially LOVE how used that fabulous pink wall for contrast. Just beautiful!
