Things have been coming along with my tablet cases. It took me a few attempts to get the sizes right, but I’m happy to say I have added laptop size cases to my shop! I have 2 sizes available - medium for smaller laptops and large for MacBook Pro sized laptops.

Since this is a new item to my shop, which sizes you would be most interested in? I’ll be making these in batches so it would be helpful for me to know which sizes there is the most interest in.

I decided to keep this one for myself 😂 As an added bonus, I made myself a scrunchie with the leftover fabric!

Besides sewing, I work a full-time job, so most of my sewing is done at nights and on weekends. I look forward to that time because 🪡🧵sewing is my creative outlet, but then I remember that only half of the time I spend on making things is actually spent sewing. The rest of the time is spent measuring and cutting fabric and then ironing everything. Sometimes by the time I’m done cutting and ironing I’m too exhausted to actually sew 😫

Yesterday I cut fabric and did ironing for 2 new sizes of cases - an iPad mini and a laptop size. The mini size measurements I have should be good to go since I’ve already done a test one, but this is my first attempt making one for a laptop. Hopefully those measurements work and then I can start sewing those … after some more cutting and ironing, that is! 😂

Hi Everyone! I apologize I haven’t posted much recently. All I can say is … life!! Three kids and a full time job got the best of me.

With that being said, I do want to get back to sewing more frequently since it’s what I love to do! I recently received some interest in an iPad case, so although my first love will always be scrunchies, I’m having a lot of fun making these!
