We had the pleasure of working with Peregrine (Perry) on the artwork for our newest thank you card! 🖤

In case you didn’t know, thank you cards have been part of Love Pollution since the very beginning. We’ve always wanted them to feel like more than just something tucked into your order. They’re little keepsakes and our way of saying thank you for choosing to support our small shop.

Every purchase helps us continue creating, reinvest in Love Pollution, and collaborate with other amazing artists like Peregrine (Perry) to bring even more art into our little spooky world.

These two Sleepy Spookling besties will be making their in-person shopping debut at SeasideOdditiesExpo ! Layla is our soft pastel-loving dreamer, while Celeste is her spooky little artist bestie. Opposite aesthetics, same sleepy energy. 😆

Can’t wait until Seaside? You won’t have to! Layla and Celeste will also be available to shop online tonight/tomorrow as soon as we finish taking their official photos.

We seriously love how these little bats turned out, and we have a feeling you will too. 🥹

The Sleepy Spookling Bat Bag Charm is slowly coming to life! 🦇

Every prototype teaches me something new. This version has a few design changes on the face before it’s ready for production. I love sharing the process because you get to see how each handmade plush evolves from an idea into the final product.

Now I have a question for all my fellow makers…
How would you feel if I released the base Sleepy Spookling Bat sewing pattern as a digital download? You’d be able to make your own version and customize the colors, embroidery, and details to match your style! Would you make one? Let me know below!

This little Spookling is inspired by all you nasty pickle lovers. 😆 The bumpy minky is the perfect pickle texture, even if it creeps me out a little.

Since this was just a fun idea, I’m only making 5:
🥒 2 will be given away to my ghoul friend Jazmin Gutierrez and BeckieBoo / BooBerry
🥒 3 will be available to adopt.

Thanks to all of you, we’ve officially locked in the clasp design, and now the embroidered sleepy face is ready to go!

Our little Spookling is still in the prototype stage while I make a few final tweaks to the pattern. The biggest change? Making that adorable head a little more round. Once that’s finished, it’s time for the pre-production sample!

If everything goes as planned, these sleepy little Spookling Bag Charms will make their debut at SeasideOdditiesExpo ! 😭✨

I can’t believe how far this project has come. From asking for your opinions to watching it slowly come to life, it really feels like we created this together.

I seriously can’t wait to see these hanging from your bags and joining you on all your adventures. 🖤

Most of y’all don’t know this but I’m actually a total homebody 🤭 If I’m not at work (booo 👎), you’ll usually find me at home sewing, creating, or grabbing the occasional dinner with Jazmin Gutierrez .

The funny part? Events are what get me out of the house. They’re my chance to meet so many amazing people who share the same spooky interests, hear your stories, and see familiar faces again. It honestly makes all the late nights behind the sewing machine worth it.

I also realized I never take enough photos when I’m out, so I’m making it a goal to change that. Here’s one from the Horror Vibes Summerween Market! 🦇💜

I can’t decide which clasp is the better fit!

🦇 Bat Clasp – The obvious spooky choice.

🖤 Heart Clasp – Feels a little more Love Pollution.

Whenever I’m stuck on a design decision, you all become the tie-breaker. So… which one gets your vote?
